Rotorua Historic Venues的各棟建築可用於會議與企業活動，各具特色；總部及旗艦為帶西班牙風格的Blue Baths，建於1933年，位於Government Gardens，有優雅門廳、泳池、茶室、寬敞的Lido Lounge和遺產畫廊。Blue Baths Catering也可在場外場地供餐，如Whakarewarewa森林的Redwood、Tarawera Orchard及Rotorua Museum of Art and History。Blue Baths自有演藝公司Emerge，無論規模大小，從小型茶會到主題盛會均可提供娛樂方案。
