Présentation
Hyatt Regency Chicago, au centre-ville, propose des hébergements neufs dans le cadre d’une rénovation de $150M (achevée au printemps 2024), une restauration sur place et plus de 240,000 square feet d’espaces de réunion. La première phase, achevée en 2024, a inclus les 2,032 chambres et suites ainsi que les Crystal et Regency Ballrooms. En 2025, les salles du concourse et les espaces publics ont été mis à jour. Un projet de $20M+ transforme le Grand Ballroom de 24K SF, pour une fin prévue début 2026, avec les espaces préfonction, sanitaires et salles de réunion adjacents. Les améliorations comprennent aussi Regency, Crystal, Grand Ballrooms et Riverside Exhibit Hall, de grands écrans LED numériques dans les espaces préfonction, et un décor inspiré de l’histoire de Chicago et de ses Greystones. Les salles offrent des technologies avancées, un concierge de réunion sur place et des outils techniques. Cet hôtel AAA Four Diamond est relié à l’Illinois Center, à pied du Magnificent Mile, de Navy Pier, du Theatre District et du Museum Campus.
