Borgo Acquaiura
About
The Borgo was built around the year 1000 along the Flaminia route, which departs from Rome towards the North of Italy. It was populated by countrymen and the site was a refreshment place for the troops and the messengers of the Pope along the route towards the North of Italy and Rome. A dining/meeting room with kitchen, fireplace, and bathroom is available for groups. The houses are surrounded by 10.000 sqm of garden/meadow. A scenic swimming pool is located in the center of the area, near the houses.
