Inspection trips

An exhibitor list shows who is taking part. Meetings on the floor help you test product fit and understand how buyers purchase. WTO8 helps Chinese exporters define the questions, plan show and business visits, and bring back records that support exhibition and sales decisions.

Three service options

  • Group visit

Suggested duration: 4–6 days · Priced for the scheduled group

    • Pre-trip objectives, hall route and help with visitor registration
    • Guided visits, business interpreting and group discussions during agreed hours
    • Visit notes, contacts and points to assess before exhibiting next time
  • Exhibiting support

From brief to review

  1. Define what you need to find out

Describe your products, buyers, existing channels and budget. Turn the visit objectives into questions to answer.

  2. Choose the show and meeting route

Compare product and audience information, then list evidence gaps, target meetings and suggested travel days.

  3. Agree the scope and booking terms

Confirm people, services, deliverables, fees and cancellation terms in writing before arranging bookings and documents.

  4. Carry out the visit and keep records

Provide the agreed guidance, interpreting or exhibitor support, recording buyer feedback, promises and unresolved questions.

  5. Review and assign next steps

Deliver notes and actions by the agreed date, with owners for quotations, samples, further meetings or the next show decision.

Questions

Can we enquire before choosing a show?

Yes. Tell us the product application, target buyer and market. We can define the selection criteria before discussing candidates and evidence to check.

Are flights, hotels and stand space included?

Not by default. The written quotation separates service fees, arranged bookings and supplier costs, with currency, taxes and cancellation terms.

How early should we get in touch?

Contact us when you identify a target show. Preparation depends on appointments, visas, meeting replies and freight. Late requests need a feasibility check; we do not promise a fixed processing time.

Do you guarantee visas, factory visits or orders?

No. Authorities decide visas, hosts must confirm meetings, and buyers and suppliers decide orders. The proposal identifies the assistance available and arrangements still awaiting confirmation.

Can the interpreter handle technical discussions?

Send the sector, language, terminology and agenda so we can match an interpreter and agree hours. Technical conclusions, legal advice and commercial commitments remain with the responsible professionals.

What if the itinerary changes or the show is cancelled?

The agreed proposal and supplier terms apply. Before booking, we identify refundable items, deadlines and incurred costs. Changes trigger a review of the arrangements that remain feasible.

Tell us about your product and trip

Send a product introduction, target market, questions to investigate, dates and group size. We will assess feasibility and set out services, costs and deliverables in the proposal.
