In the lovely town of Standerton, situated in the heart of the cosmos country, is a unique guest house where guests are assured of superior accommodation and service. Die Kliphuis, a landmark in Standerton, is a highly individualistic operation. It caters for corporate functions and conferences, as well as private special occasions. The main dining room can seat 50 guests in an air-conditioned environment and is also used for conferences and seminars. The private dining room can seat 20 guests and has an impressive bay window, high pressed-metal ceilings as well as an original tiled fireplace which creates warmth and atmosphere on a cold Highveld evening. For smaller functions, we have a magnificent Oregon pine table which can accommodate 10 people - situated in a third, separate dining room.
