Gdansk Convention Bureau

Gdansk Convention Bureau is responsible for the development and promotion of business tourism in Gdansk and in the region. We have received an official recommendation from Poland Convention Bureau and have more than 160 members. Part of major international organisations, such as the ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association), Cruise Baltic and ECM (European Cities Marketing), we have an energetic team of experienced employees whose portfolio includes the organisation of large-scale events and conferences. The chief objective of GCB is to popularise and promote Gdansk and the region on the international scene as an attractive destination for the meetings industry. Main tasks: Providing event organisers with relevant support and assistance, preparing and publishing information resources, providing information about the potential of the city and the region, providing tourist information points and helpdesks, organising “site inspections” and providing the Gdansk Conference System.
