Hilton San Francisco Union Square

Rising above the heart of one of the world's great cities, the Hilton San Francisco Union Square is more than a convention hotel — it is San Francisco's premier stage for extraordinary events. As the largest convention hotel in the city, we offer an unrivaled combination of scale, sophistication, and service that transforms every gathering — from intimate boardroom sessions to landmark citywide conferences — into something truly iconic. With 134,500 square feet of beautifully appointed, technology-forward meeting and event space spanning some of the most striking venues in the city — including the Grand Ballroom with its soaring ceilings and programmable LED ambiance, the light-filled Yosemite Room, and the incomparable Cityscape Sky Bar perched atop the 46th floor as San Francisco's highest sky bar — our property delivers an event experience that is as visually stunning as it is operationally flawless. Every event at Hilton San Francisco Union Square is supported by an exceptional team of on-site Certified Meeting Planners, professional A/V specialists, and award-winning culinary talent — dedicated partners who bring precision, creativity, and white-glove service to every detail. Our robust suite of branding and activation opportunities, from dramatic digital signage and custom column wraps to in-room tablets and beyond, ensures your brand is woven seamlessly into every touchpoint of the attendee journey. We are also deeply proud of our identity as San Francisco's "Hotel with a Heart" — a recognition of our longstanding commitment to sustainability, community, and responsible hospitality. For planners who believe that great events should also do good in the world, we are a natural and inspired choice.
