Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites - Waterpark

Every one of our 777 rooms is a suite. Not a room with a sofa. A one-, two-, or three-bedroom suite with a separate living area, so your attendees can regroup after a meeting without you booking a breakout room. Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites - Waterpark is an all-suite group and incentive resort on International Drive South, 2 miles from the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, 2 miles from Walt Disney World, 7 miles from the Orange County Convention Center and 17.3 miles from Orlando International Airport. We are a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel with complimentary Disney shuttle service. Four event spaces total 8,561 sq ft. The Aqua Vista Room measures 3,825 sq ft and comfortably hosts 250 for banquet rounds or 300 theater. The Celebration Theater is a real theater: 2,832 sq ft, a built-in stage, a theatrical lighting rig, large-format projection and 200 raked seats, so your presenter walks out rather than steps up onto risers. The Marketplace Theater seats 73 in stadium rows for panels and breakouts. The covered open-air Aqua Terrace adds 1,440 sq ft for receptions and outdoor breaks. Our Surf and Splash Waterpark opened in 2025 with the FlowRider, Double surf simulator, the Triple Tide Tower slide complex and the Aqua Cove splash zone. On-site dining includes the Lakeside Cafe breakfast buffet, Antonio's Pizzeria, Sombrero's Cantina and the Hideaway Bar and Grille. We also feature a 3,000 sq ft arcade, outdoor basketball court, on-site entertainment and a 24-hour fitness center. There's truly something for everyone.
