Louisville Marriott Downtown

Louisville Marriott Downtown is a premier downtown Louisville hotel and group venue designed for meetings, conferences, conventions, association events, corporate programs, incentive groups, weddings, and social celebrations. As a AAA Four Diamond Marriott hotel in the heart of the city, we combine flexible event space, experienced planning support, thoughtful hospitality, and convenient access to Louisville’s business, dining, entertainment, and cultural districts. The hotel offers more than 65,000 square feet of versatile on-site meeting and event space, providing planners with a strong setting for everything from executive meetings and training programs to large-scale conferences, receptions, galas, and multi-day events. Our spaces can be tailored to support general sessions, breakouts, board meetings, exhibits, networking functions, and private dining experiences, helping groups create a cohesive event flow under one roof. For programs requiring additional scale, Louisville Marriott Downtown is connected by skywalk to the Kentucky International Convention Center, which offers an additional 300,000 square feet of meeting, conference, and exhibit space. This direct connection makes the hotel an especially compelling choice for citywide conventions, trade shows, large association meetings, and groups that need both a full-service host hotel and immediate access to expansive convention facilities. Our dedicated sales, event, and catering teams work closely with planners to bring each program to life. From the first inquiry through final departure, we focus on clear communication, responsive coordination, and details that make meetings easier to manage. On-site catering from Porch Kitchen & Bar adds a distinctly Louisville experience to events, with flexible menus and food-and-beverage options for breakfasts, breaks, lunches, receptions, dinners, and special occasions. Whether planning a polished corporate gathering, an energetic convention reception, or a celebration with local character, our team can help create an experience that feels seamless for organizers and memorable for attendees. Location is one of the hotel’s strongest advantages. Situated in the center of downtown Louisville, Louisville Marriott Downtown places attendees within walking distance of more than 45 restaurants and bars, along with many of the city’s leading attractions, museums, and entertainment venues. Groups can easily incorporate local dining, bourbon experiences, cultural outings, sporting events, and downtown nightlife into an agenda, giving attendees meaningful options beyond the meeting room. The hotel is well positioned for guests attending events at the Kentucky International Convention Center and provides a convenient base for exploring Louisville’s vibrant downtown. Travel access is equally straightforward. Louisville Marriott Downtown is easily reached from I-64, I-65, and I-71, and Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF) is approximately seven miles away. This accessibility supports regional drive markets as well as fly-in attendees, making arrival and departure simple for meetings of many sizes. For planners seeking a full-service downtown Louisville meeting hotel with substantial flexible space, direct convention-center access, local dining and entertainment nearby, and a committed team behind the event, Louisville Marriott Downtown is an effortless choice. We are proud to offer the scale, location, service, and Marriott confidence to support productive meetings and exceptional group experiences.
