Residence Inn by Marriott Ghent

Residence Inn by Marriott Ghent is the premier extended-stay aparthotel located southwest of Ghent city center, offering seamless highway access outside the low-emission zone and efficient public transit links. Perfect for corporate travel, sports groups, and wedding blocks, the hotel features 105 spacious apartment-style suites with fully equipped kitchens, providing optimal self-catering flexibility. Our strategic group sales strategy capitalizes on a diverse business mix by pairing upscale accommodations with local venues. We feature a strong partnership with the adjacent SCALA Event Center to capture large-scale international conferences, banquets, and corporate group operations for up to 350 attendees. For multi-occupancy or twin-bed group requests, our Double/Double and Deluxe Double/Double suites include integrated sofa beds to comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 guests per room. The property drives leisure group volume by offering a top-rated complimentary hot breakfast buffet daily, an onsite 24-hour fitness center, secure car parking, and a premium pet-friendly policy. Maximizing food and beverage, our modern onsite restaurant features a new à la carte menu showcasing premium culinary specialties like our 21-day aged entrecôte steak, authentic Belgian chocolate cake, and a curated narrative of local craft beers. This comprehensive mix establishes us as East Flanders' ultimate destination for long-term project crews, relocations, and high-volume event lodging.
