Resort Poggio Cennina is situated on the heights overlooking the Val d’Ambra, it enjoys a unique panoramic view of the southern Chianti region. It was here that Luigi Pelaggi and Paolo Rossi decided to make their dream come true: to create a healthy retreat, far from the humdrum of daily life, where the passage of time is marked by the rising and setting of the sun and the coming and going of the seasons in their different colours.
