The Westin Galleria Dallas

It’s no surprise that The Westin Galleria Dallas is the longest-running AAA Four Diamond hotel in Dallas, Texas. Known for its exceptional service and consistent elevated experience, the hotel has been honored with TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence annually since 2012 and was inducted into the TripAdvisor Hall of Fame. Our stunning revitalized lobby experience is now open, which includes the debut of Tailored, our new signature restaurant inspired by the fashion-forward elegance of neighboring Galleria Dallas retailers. Tailored offers a comfortable yet refined setting with seasonal menus crafted for elevated dining occasions. Just steps away, the Coffee Bar at Tailored—a proud member of the We Proudly Serve Starbucks® program—offers expertly made beverages and pastries, perfect for morning meetings or a midday recharge. The Westin Galleria Dallas was also the first hotel in Dallas—and one of the first five in the world—to earn GBAC STAR™ facility accreditation for its commitment to cleanliness and infectious disease prevention. In addition, the hotel holds AAA’s Best of Housekeeping designation, and our Director of Housekeeping is certified by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute—underscoring our dedication to guest safety and well-being. A team of long-tenured associates—over 35 of whom have been with the hotel for more than 25 years—help create memorable experiences for guests and meeting attendees alike. Sustainability is also a key priority. As a TripAdvisor Green Leader and a member of the Green Eco-Rating Program, the hotel actively reduces waste and energy consumption while maintaining luxury hospitality standards. Guests can enjoy a daily breakfast service at The Second Floor Regionally Inspired Kitchen, featuring fresh takes on morning classics in a relaxed yet stylish setting.
