Umngazi River Bungalows & Spa is located in the heart of Pondoland, twenty kilometers south of Port St Johns. It is perched on the panoramic hillside of the Umngazi River mouth, overlooking the scenic splendour of the Wild Coast. The thatch-roofed bungalows are situated amongst the indigenous gardens which provide the perfect setting for a totally relaxed holiday. The resort offers 69 bungalows which have been categorized into five different categories namely: Garden, River, Sea, Emlonyeni, Honeymoon Cottages & the exclusive spa suites namely, Ntabeni. The guests can lounge on the deck or find a private spot in the wine cellar, the Green Door or the riverside Gazebo.
