The Valle del Marta restaurant provides the catering service: fine local Italian cuisine, using home-grown produce and traditional “Maremmana” recipes from Tuscany and Latium plus a “Fitness & Health” menu and the possibility of personal diets. Breakfast takes the shape of a buffet offering a wide selection to suit all tastes. Conferences, courses, shows, etc. can be organized making use of a unique room that was originally an old military railway tunnel, on the Valle del Marta premises. 60m long by 6m wide, it can seat up to 250-300 people in a lovely medieval atmosphere.
