A real focus on the KNR/LNR corporate group account base along with ensuring all of our third-party platforms (Cvent, Venue Directory etc) are actively set up and updated. Targeting project focused corporates such as Pharma, Banking and Consultancy. We will work on a proactive approach to this segment, getting ahead of the comp set when key events happen in market by contacting clients/agents ahead of time. Collaborating with local Cycas/Marriott Hotels to ensure we are hosting regular FAM events/office visits with key agencies – AMEX, BCD and FCM. Targeting Film & Entertainment groups with Netflix, Road Rebel, TAG, Sony and Warner Music all in the local market, also partners such as Access Bookings. One of the biggest focuses is coworking with ASO (ex. NST) account managers - new ‘’fee’’ system unlock visibility of our Hotel for those bookers. Leverage existing transient base to secure group demand across the month aligned to optimised strategy. Key events at venues such as Royal Albert Hall, Olympia, Hyde Park, Lords to secure group demand. Key city location will enable us to leverage the brand for sports groups (Cricket & Football) linked to city events across the year.
